Innovative Solutions for an Inclusive Workplace in 2026
On October 21, Sweden’s National Competence Centre for Social Innovation e for the European Social Fund will host the fourth edition of the conference “Innovative Solutions for an Inclusive Workplace” at Linköping Konsert & Kongress.
Social innovation is not optional. It is not a trend. It is essential if we are to better address today’s complex societal challenges together as a society.
Over the course of a full day, we will:
- Learn about our work as a center of excellence for 2021–2026
- Highlight examples and results from ESF projects in Program Area E
- Share knowledge and reflections on the opportunities and obstacles to social innovation in Sweden
- Present our ongoing efforts to promote systemic change through policy, funding, and the organization of social innovation in Sweden
- Highlight current ESF calls for proposals

National Competence Centre for Social Innovation
Innovative solutions for an inclusive workplace are part of Sweden’s National Competence Centre for Social Innovation e under the European Social Fund (NKC), which has been operating on behalf of the Swedish ESF Council since 2021 and is funded by the European Union. The goal is to promote more targeted, value-creating, and sustainable social innovations in the implementation of ESF+. The e is run by the Forum for Social Innovation Sweden at Malmö University, Coompanion Sweden, Famna, and the National Network for Coordination Associations.
