Theory of Change

Everyone talks about it, but few actually do it – A Handbook on Theory of Change is intended as a guide for anyone interested in learning more about the growing field of measuring social impact. The book features interviews with social entrepreneurs and intermediaries about their work in measuring social impact, and researchers and experts discuss the challenges and opportunities involved. The handbook is in Swedish. 

The report “National Report on Social Impact Evaluation Practices” provides an overview of how social impact evaluation is understood and carried out in Sweden, with a particular focus on social innovation. It describes the Swedish ecosystem for impact evaluation, funding models, and training programs and support structures in this field. The report is intended for anyone who wants to understand and monitor the social impacts of innovative initiatives. The report was produced by the Forum for Social Innovation Sweden at Malmö University as part of the Swedish National Center of Excellence for Social Innovation and the transnational collaboration BIRDS.
