How can our work to help people here and now also contribute to a just transition to a low-carbon economy in the long run?
Welcome to a learning session on how we can make a bigger difference together!
Over the course of an afternoon, we will delve deeper into the discussion of how we can step up our approach to welfare and community development, so that we can simultaneously contribute more actively to the climate transition that needs to take place across many different areas. We will explore both the practical and the personal perspectives: how can we lead, collaborate, and think innovatively in an era of rapid change?
A warm welcome:
- Ifclimate isn'tyour main focus, but you're curious about how you can incorporate more values into your work
- If you work in the field of climate and the environment and want to explore how more stakeholders can be engaged in the transition
- If you want to develop collaborative working methods for a fair and sustainable Malmö
This third networking event within Samskapa Malmö is, as before, an open, collaborative afternoon where we connect our challenges to the goal of making space for the voices, perspectives, and initiative of many. Some key topics:
- How can we broaden our perspective on our mission so that every initiative creates value for people, the environment, and democracy?
- How can we respond and find the will to act when it is clear that climate change will worsen our circumstances?
- What new opportunities and partnerships might emerge when we view welfare, urban planning, democracy, and climate transition as parts of the same whole?
