This fall, Forum for Social Innovation Sweden, in collaboration with Malmö University, Luleå University of Technology, and Umeå University, will host two consecutive full-day conferences on social innovation in Luleå.
What might the future of the labor market and working life look like? How can we envision and collaboratively create a more inclusive working life? What socially innovative solutions and best practices are available? These are the questions that will be addressed at the conference “Innovative Solutions for an Inclusive Working Life.” The second edition of the conference will take place on October 23 this year.
The event will feature inspirational talks, trend analyses, and opportunities for networking. The parallel interactive sessions will showcase the latest research in the field and insights from the projects and the center’s work, while also giving participants the chance to contribute their expertise.
The conference is part of the work carried out Forum for Social Innovation Sweden's at Malmö University as Competence Centre for Social Innovation National Competence Centre for Social Innovation the European Social Fund (ESF+), in collaboration with the National Network for Coordination Associations (NNS) and the Partnership for Social Innovation in Örebro County, co-financed by the European Union.

This year’s theme for Social Innovation in Norr is how we can use socially innovative solutions to create sustainable local communities amid the industrial transition in northern Sweden.
