On April 14 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., Anna Maria Pálsdóttir, associate professor of environmental psychology at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Alnarp, will present her research on nature-based interventions for social integration and public health, drawing on lessons from case studies in Skåne conducted in collaboration with the healthcare system, the Swedish Forest Agency, and Botildenborg. The presentation will be followed by a group discussion moderated by Päivi Juuso, assistant professor of nursing at Luleå University of Technology. The purpose of the seminar series is to strengthen academic exchange on innovative ways to address societal challenges—so-called social innovation. Interested researchers and doctoral students from all universities and disciplines are welcome to present and discuss current research in this field.
