Hello, Malmö residents!
Join us for a trip to the ocean on Ocean Day, June 8! Our names are Yénika and Stefan, and we’ll be heading from the Rosengård Library to Västra Hamnen and the activities at Södra Hamnbassängen. We’ll meet at the library entrance at 10:00 a.m. and then take the No. 5 bus together. During Ocean Day There are several different activities to try, all of which are related to the sea; you can find the full program here. All activities are free.You’ll have the chance to explore the ocean in different ways, discover new places, and meet new people, and you’ll get to try out various creative activities. After we’ve been there for a while, we’ll sit down for a snack and chat together. (We won’t be leading any activities of our own on this day.)
Yénika is from Pachuca, Mexico, and Stefan is from Lund here in Skåne. Between the two of us, we speak Swedish, English, Spanish, and a little German. We’d love it if you could come! A warm welcome!Practical information:
When: Sunday, June 8, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. The activities in the West Harbor will continue until 4:00 p.m., but you’re welcome to stay as long as you like and leave whenever you want. Dress for the weather! Where: Meet outside the entrance to Rosengård Library at 10:00 a.m. to take bus 5 together to Västra Hamnen. Other: Bus transportation is not included.
