Digital Launch & Webinar: Resources for Understanding Social Innovation
What should you keep in mind when you need to—and want to—find innovative solutions to complex societal challenges? How can you understand the social innovation process? What are the different components of the process? What methods and tools are available to support specific phases of the work? And what are some good examples or recommendations for further reading, podcasts, and videos? Forum for Social Innovation Sweden , in its role as Competence Centre for Social Innovation the European Social Fund,Forum for Social Innovation Sweden developed support materials designed to help those working with social innovation—or supporting various actors in social innovation processes—to understand social innovation and to provide support throughout the actual work process. Join us for the launch on Monday, September 29! Time: Monday, September 29, 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.  Location: Online via Teams

On behalf of the Swedish ESF Council, Forum for Social Innovation Sweden serves as Competence Centre for Social Innovation Forum for Social Innovation Sweden Competence Centre for Social Innovation the European Social Fund (ESF) for the ESF+ programming period 2021–2027. As a competence center, we promote effective, sustainable, and value-creating social innovations addressing work-related societal challenges through knowledge, methods, and meeting places. The Competence Center is co-funded by the European Union. The Competence Center provides support to ESF-funded projects within the ESF’s Program Area E (social innovation), the Swedish ESF Council, and other key stakeholders. We also work to strengthen the ecosystem for social innovation in Sweden—that is, the actors and factors that influence the opportunities to develop and implement innovative solutions to societal challenges.
